STUDIO INFORMATION

All voice lessons are currently taking place online.

I recommend to have a piano accompaniment or karaoke track for the song you would like to work on in your lesson. There is a slight latency (or delay) in online lessons so I will not be able to play along in realtime. If you do not have a track, a keyboard will do fine.
EXPECTATIONS

Students are expected to arrive on time and with all necessary materials. This may include sheet music (a pdf of your song may be helpful to share), water, notebook etc. You are highly encouraged to record your lessons! These recordings are a great tool for practicing.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY
Regardless of circumstances, lessons not cancelled and rescheduled at least 24 hours before their start time will be charged a full rate. No-show or skipped lessons will not receive refunds. Lessons may be officially rescheduled via the online booking system prior to the 24 hour deadline. If you must cancel, a text or email is greatly appreciated.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
If you choose NOT to pay online when you book, you are responsible for paying no later than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. You may pay directly through Venmo @jeffreymcevoy
Lessons booked and paid in advance are always available for rescheduling (before the 24 hour cancellation deadline) but are not refundable or transferable. All sales are final. Hour lessons cannot be split into half-hours.
EXPIRATION DATE
Single and packaged lessons may be scheduled up to 60 days in advanced from purchased date. Lessons cannot be booked more than 60 days in advance. When a client prepays for a series of lessons, the full amount must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused lessons in a package are not granted.
TARDINESS
If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time. If you arrive on time but the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time. A virtual waiting room is enabled for lessons via Zoom. If you are scheduled through Skype, please send me an instant message at the time of your lesson that you are ready and I will start the call.
TURN-AROUND TIME
All lessons end 5 minutes before the top of the hour or half-hour to allow for turn-around time between clients.
TEACHER CANCELLATION
If I need to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be booked at a time that is mutually convenient. Lessons will be rescheduled but not refunded.
